Here Comes Spring

Hi Reader,

Ok, yes, we have had rain, but it's been so nice having some sun too. It feels like Spring is close and I have the urge to try and get the garden in order (now we pay for Garden collections, I have to fill the bin don't I?).

Anyway, I hope you are enjoying the sun too and feeling energised. Here's my latest news:

Timelapse Video of Amalfi Coast painting

I've spent time setting up my camera for easy recording while I work, and here's a new time-lapse video of painting Maiori on the Amalfi Coast, Italy. This is one of a new series of small (5x7"), affordable paintings that will drop soon. My next email will show the first four available and you'll get first choice. Keep an eye out. Please let me know what you think of the videos and if you are enjoying them. Your opinion is important to me.

Special Preview of New Painting

I have started a body of more personal work in a very different style to my usual paintings. This feels like an extension of my journalling and is based on events that have happened over the last decade. My hope is that the subject matter will resonate with people who have gone through similar times. The working title of this series is 'In My Life'.

I have been reluctant to share much about it, but I wanted to premiere the first painting to you and ask for your thoughts (please do let me know what you think) . As mentioned, this is very different to my usual work. I'll go into more detail soon about the background and reasons behind this new body of work soon.
